Friendly reminder to enjoy life and not in the sense of material items but in the sense that you ... Enjoy the time you spend with people you love.
If you're social awkward and worry about that, DON'T! Just exist and know that silence is okay and that you DON'T have to keep making joke after joke...just exist with people. Invite your humans to go do activities, grab a bite or to run errands....
Get some human interaction this month, do something new, say hi to a stranger, thank your cashier by the name on their name tag...
You can do it, you can be social.

Self care Yoga at Axelrad February 17th !
11am-Noon

Join me for a soulful yoga class with a fun playlist, followed by a beginner friendly guided meditation and some journaling!
After we will enjoy a special treat and a drink (non alcoholic beverages available as well)
Bring yourself, your lover or even your pup and let's embrace self love and yoga!
Please try to book your appt by Friday February 16th to ensure supplies. Walk ins are welcome first come, first serve.
