Something I do but most don't understand that it needs to be done.

Ever since covid and the toilet paper shortage there's been a popular trend installing toilet seat bidets. I find this particular thing very helpful, but at the same time I find them absolutely disgusting. Majority of people do not know the water jets that assist with cleaning your bum need to be cleaned manually. Below, is an example when you don't clean these wands. It is caked mold and f***l matter. Every single toilet seat bidet has this problem from simple ones to fancy ones they all have a buildup of p**p. Now imagine if you have one in a common bathroom. Every single person that uses the attached toilet seat bidet is adding their own f***l matter, pe**ee, or cooter juices to the ejector wand. So if it's not cleaned regularly this is getting shot in your bum and in your tulip. If you have one of these make sure you clean it at least once a day.

Put on a pair of gloves, grab a disinfectant with a clean paper towel or washable cloth. Pull the jet down or out of its compartment, spray it with a disinfectant like Lysol not bleach, and clean it with the cloth.

I myself can't stand these things, which is why I have a hand held sprayer on my toilet. The handheld sprayer is easier to clean and disinfect.

No matter the toilets I clean ifen p*ed in it, then they p*ed from a wall like this. The p*e is always everywhere. LOL. So much p*e.

This is a condo about 1,700 ft was without power for one month. The person passed away and had hoarder like tendencies. My team was hired for taking on this task. We rehomed a cat, hauled off all the biohazard, removed furniture, made several trips to the dump, saved the refrigerator even though it was stuff to the gills with rotten food, removed cat urine from soaked wood floors, removed cat f***s coating a travertine bathroom floor, removed built up f***l matter from toilets and showers, removed hard water from glass, removed an entire patio of furniture and plants, while obeying building rules, HOA rules, and abiding by safety standards, dumping in proper depositories, and disposing of 300 gallons of liquid properly.

This type of job is one of the hardest to do. This job took 135 man hours equating to four people over 5 days. Disposal fees are huge. When you think of cleaning we know what to do.

I have this pretty amazing crew. We are all in our 40's speak English and Spanish, work well together, support each other, and do our best to have a good time. If you need a great cleaning give Maid for it a try, I think we are amazing.

This was a 750 ft² apartment. Not all the items were moved out. We did a make ready so the tenant could get their deposit back. This included wiping all doors, wiping all windows and window frames. Cleaning all cabinets inside and out. Cleaning the refrigerator and behind the refrigerator. Cleaning the stove, oven, and behind the stove. Removing dust from air vents, mopping, vacuuming, and playing music loud and dancing.. this person is a repeat client so they got the $125 per hour rate. This apartment cost $250 to clean. Into that client thank you for the tip My crew greatly appreciated it.

Finished a construction make ready on a 1600 sf office. We wiped the walls, vacuumed the carpets, shampooed the carpets, cleaned windows and window frames, cleaned blinds, cleaned sink and inside and outside cabinets. Mopped floors and cleaned glass doors and furnitur. Took 4 people 1.75 hours. Labor and Tax was $290.

Even when you own the maid service the hardest part is keeping your home clean when there are so many other pressing things to do. Happy Saturday everyone, Maid for it is doing talks to do a small expansion. Excited for this.

This is The primary bathroom of a 1750 ft² home. The bathroom is picked up but it's been a while since it's been deep cleaned. Nothing out of the ordinary for busy people. The bathtub is never used so they stored plants during the winter. Soap scum and mold was removed from the shower, hard water and uric acid from the toilet bowl, and kitty litter dust removed from walls and the rest of the surfaces. The bathroom and the bedroom took about 2 and 1/2 hours. Then a deep clean on the rest of the house. This deep cleaning was ten Man hours totaling with tax $433. This job was done by myself at a cost of $40 per man hour. That includes insurance, bonding, base chemicals, cleaning towels, vacuum bags with vacuum cleaners, flat mops, and the unseen work to wash and prep everything afterwards for another job.
