Texas senate approves bill to allow dogs at restaurants In a move sure to please some and upset others: the Texas senate has approved a bill that would allow dogs at restaurants.

Goose, Julian and I are very sad to announce that Pat, the founder and champion of Paws on Patios, died last Friday at our home.

Pat started Paws on Patios on a day when Goose got kicked off a patio and he realized that dogs should come hang out with us too.

Pat designed the sketch that you see at many places showing him and Goose. Please take your pup to a local restaurant or bar and toast to Pat.

Paws on Patios wants to wish all the pups a happy puppies day! Our faithful CTO (chief treat officer) enjoyed extra treats and pets today!

Seven years ago, our hero Lucy sparked a movement when she was booted off the patio of Empire Cafe. I'm excited to announce that Empire received its official doggie permit from the City today! Yeah! My, how things come full circle. :)
