30 Years of CDA's Architecture and Service — CDA Architects This story is really about the last 30 Years of CDA Architects, but it has its roots long before the fateful summer of 1995.  In 1974, Charles Chambliss started an Architecture Firm that would bear his name and begin serving Grocery and Retail Clients out of a small office in North Houston.

Stuart Allison and his lovely wife had the pleasure of joining Fred Dally and Rusty Deborde at the Dally+Associates table for the 2025 AIA Design Gala. Great company, great conversations, and an unforgettable night connectioning outside the office celebrating the design community.

In Today's DID YOU KNOW...

Did you know that CDA Architects has a significant amount of experience in Industrial Buildings? Coming Soon to the Tomball Business & Technology Park is a nearly 200,000 SF New Ground-Up Building which we designed, in addition to the interior office and fabrication shops for two clients that fabricate sheet metal duct work and accessories. It sits on approximately 18 Acres and will soon start shipping materials all over the country from this location. We'll post more about it after it wraps up and opens...but if you have any Industrial building goals, reach out to us and we can help make them a reality.
