Nicole brings 29 years of experience in education, a heart for serving families, and a passion for building meaningful connections within the community.

Through her role as the Next Steps Program Manager at Bridging for Tomorrow, she brings encouragement, support, and a commitment to helping individuals and families access resources and opportunities that help them thrive.

With a background in education and a genuine love for people, Nicole brings compassion, collaboration, and a belief that every person has the ability to take positive steps forward when they have the right support around them.
