It's International Dance Day and honestly, Ergodians don't need a reason to dance. But we'll take one.

At Ergode, we have always believed that the best leaders never stop growing. 🌱
And Shiv is living proof of that.
Our Chief People Officer, Shivendra Singh, just graduated from XLRI Jamshedpur with a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, Batch 36, and we could not be prouder.
Shiv is the person behind the culture you feel when you walk into Ergode. The one making sure our people are heard, supported, and set up to thrive. And even while doing all of that, he chose to keep learning, keep growing, and keep raising the bar.
That is the Ergode spirit, right there.
