Before a project ever takes shape in the built environment, it often begins with a sketch.

These early drawings are where ideas start to take form, exploring scale, massing, movement, and the overall vision for a space long before construction begins. For our team, sketching remains an important part of the design process, allowing concepts to evolve quickly through collaboration, creativity, and conversation.

We’re excited to give an early look into a multifamily project currently in design and look forward to sharing more as the design continues to evolve. Stay tuned!

Celebrating 63 Years of Goree!

As we mark another anniversary, we’re reflecting on the people, projects, and partnerships that continue to shape our story.

Over the past year, we’ve celebrated project milestones, expanded our reach, welcomed new team members, strengthened client relationships, and continued building on the foundation established in 1963.

To our clients, partners, and team, thank you for being part of this journey. Your trust, collaboration, and support have made the last 63 years possible, and we look forward to what we’ll accomplish together in the years ahead.

At Hyundai Mission Hills, the shaped metal panel design across the exterior and interior facade and soffit helps create a stronger architectural identity across the dealership. This flowing pattern introduces movement and depth to the building while reinforcing Hyundai’s modern brand direction throughout the customer arrival experience.

Thoughtful detailing like this helps transform the dealership into more than just a retail environment, creating a recognizable and experience-driven destination from the very first impression.

A special thank you to our client, Lithia Motors, for the opportunity to help bring this project to life.

Located in Mission Hills, California, the new 39,897-square-foot Hyundai Mission Hills facility reflects the continued evolution of the automotive customer experience through a design that balances brand standards, operational functionality, and modern dealership environments. The project blends functionality with Hyundai’s modern brand standards to create a dealership environment tailored to both customer experience and daily operations.

Designed to support movement throughout the dealership, the facility features a fully enclosed service drive, enclosed new vehicle delivery area, expanded vehicle display opportunities, and Hyundai-compliant interior detailing integrated throughout the showroom environment.

A special thank you to our client, Lithia Motors, for the opportunity to bring this vision to life, and to our internal project team, including Associate Project Manager Sofia Sayeed. We are also grateful to our external project team, Parkway Construction for general contracting, CDR for civil engineering, CDR/Mission Landscape for landscape architecture, Grimm & Chen for structural engineering, and JJA for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering.

We’re excited to see Chaucer taking shape and making headlines. Recently featured by the Houston Chronicle, this 15-story boutique condominium tower in Rice Village marks a key milestone as it reaches its highest point of construction.

As one of the first new condominium high-rises in the neighborhood in years, Chaucer reflects a broader shift in Houston’s residential market, where design, proximity, and long-term livability are increasingly shaping how and where people choose to live.

We look forward to seeing this project progress. Stay tuned as we continue to share more.

Automotive architecture is no longer just about the building itself; it’s about shaping the experience that happens throughout the journey.

From arrival and circulation to showroom visibility, customer lounges, and service flow, today’s dealership environments are designed to guide movement intuitively while reinforcing brand identity at every touchpoint. Every decision plays a role in how customers experience the space and connect with the brand behind it.

In this edition of Leadership, Unfiltered, Jeremy Wilson shares how automotive design has evolved throughout his career, why circulation remains one of the most important elements in dealership planning, and how architecture helps shape environments built around both performance and experience.

A little friendly competition, plenty of team spirit, and a great time connecting with others across Houston’s CRE community.

Our team had a blast participating in Smashdown 2026, hosted by P3 Photography and Texas Interiors. Events like these are a great reminder of how strong and connected the commercial real estate industry can be outside of the office and jobsite.

Thank you to the hosts and everyone who participated for putting together such a fun event. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

We’re excited to see continued progress at Valar Atomics as construction and coordination advance on the Fuel Building in Utah, a key component of this mission-critical campus supporting next-generation small modular reactor technology.

Part of the San Rafael Energy Lab, the project reflects a highly specialized environment shaped by strict safety protocols, controlled processes, and long-term performance. The Fuel Building plays a critical role within the broader campus, supporting the infrastructure required for advanced nuclear development. As it takes shape, it demonstrates how complex infrastructure can move forward with both speed and intention.

We’re proud to be part of a project pushing the future of energy infrastructure forward, and look forward to continuing progress on site.
