2025 Rover Defender, repair of LF Harness section & replacement of Coaxial camera ,bumper & side marker connector, tested & good to go !😃🫡

2022 Volvo Xc , replacement of internal coaxial camera line to the door harness junction connector due to a pin breaking off in coaxial , repaired and good to go instrument panel harness saved!

Another harness saved ! Nissan Dealership contacted us to replace the Coaxial lead connector to the new front radar unit that houses the communication lines , replaced and confirmed communication vehicle is ready for configuration and calibration!

2016 Jeep Wrangler JKU customer reported a parasitic drain issue causing battery drain twice a week, with the AC defroster light intermittently turning on and off while the vehicle was off. Testing confirmed excessive amperage draw.
A diagnostics revealed an internal TIPM failure attributed to a loose internal contacts that would keep a ignition circuit live not allowing the vehicle to fully go into sleep mode
Replaced the TIPM and the vehcile was good to go!

2022 Toyota Rav4 , Customer concern : RT rear turn signal inoperable.
Diagnostics lead to finding no power signal at the lamp connector , confirmed power at junction not making it to the connector , traced to damaged wire in the rear body /mid tub area , repaired and good to go !

2019 Dodge Charger Vandalism/ Theft claim we were called to investigate, it was found that the keys had been deleted & GPS coaxials damaged , after confirming a true theft of vehicle repairs continued , reprogrammed the customers key to the vehicle , repaired GPS coaxials , horn connector and good to go!

Be careful where you put the jumper cables !
Customer stated vehicle had a low battery so a jump box was used and then vehicle lost all power which lead to calling us .
After a diagnostic of the power distribution system a blown fuse link was found along with markings on the post that may have been the outcome of a jump box cables installed backwards!

The Can bus nightmare!! Well its over but every once in a while have to keep you on your toes!
2016 Grand cherokee , customer concern of vehcile dead , nothing works/ turns on.
After a bit of diag and investigating into the vehicle that came in running it was later found out that this happened right after welding repairs and the battery was not disconnected properly during those repairs effectively shorting out the vehicle. This lead to 3 popped can bus resistor packs!
Replaced star connectors and vehicle came back to life!

2021 Ford F150 , Customer concern of Headlamp & fog lamp flickering
Diagnostics lead to module that was communicating but however was full of water , swapped in known good unit to confirm Diagnostics was correct , will be needing a new headlamp module followed by programming in module to vehicle

2025 Toyota Prius , originally started out as a simple BSM & Park assist calibration that turned into diagnostics.
RT side passed calibration but LT side failed axis alignment
Module visually & physically looked great but calibrated at -8.7 no matter what , swapped in known good unit and calibrated great at - 0.9 well within spec!
Installed new , programmed , calibrated & good to go!
Although a sensor may look fine on the outside , internally is a different story after a collision.
