FREEZE WARNING
PLEASE READ

ATTENTION ALL RESIDENTS:

According to the weather forecasters, it is likely that we will experience freezing weather and possibly precipitation this coming Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We want to remind you to please use extreme caution if you must get out on the roads. Please keep up with the local weather alerts and of course notify the office should you experience any weather related problems in your home. Freezing and extremely cold weather is unusual for the Houston and surrounding area so we have listed a few precautions we urge you to use:

1. Do not use your oven as a heater. If your heat is not working properly please call the office immediately and we will have it repaired.

2. If you are using a space heater, USE EXTREME CAUTION and follow the manufactures instructions. DO NOT LEAVE A SPACE HEATER UNATTENDED. If you must leave your home for ANY length of time, please make sure the heater is turned off and UNPLUGGED.

3. Set your heat no lower than 60 degrees. Open all your closet and cabinet doors to help heat the pipes.

4. Be extremely cautious when walking outside your apartment. THERE MAY BE ICE ON THE WALKWAYS/DRIVEWAYS AND/OR STAIRS. Drive slowly through the community and watch your step.

5. Please leave your cabinet doors under the kitchen and bathroom(s) sink open so to be exposed to the heat.
