In case I forgot how humid south Mississippi is, I filled an above-ground pool to use the water for some testing of a project. The water in the pool was so much colder than the air that the water condensed out of the air onto the outside of the pool.

We were asked to make repairs to a 1945 Harley Davidson gas tank. It had several areas of corrosion. We created panels to cover the largest areas to improve the integrity. It was leak checked with air to 25psi and now it’s ready to be restored!

In the example below is a custom camera tether. The diameter of the base is about 1.5". We created the model in SolidWorks and the actual sample was printed from nylon. The printing method used was FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), which leaves visible layers, but is substantially less expensive than other methods for simple test samples.
