Check this out! This is a super convenient switch for your vent fan that has a humidity sensor built in from ELEGRP that automatically kicks your vent fan when it reaches a pre set humidity level in your bathroom.

We used to tell clients when remodeling their bathroom to either add a vent fan or upgrade their current one to one higher CFM to avoid moisture build up while showering. We also used to suggest wiring the light and fan into one switch to avoid forgetting to turn on the vent fan.
This new switch solves that issue, doesn’t need a neutral wire to install (great for older homes) and can be set to each of the three modes easily without any tools

As I looked around the room this week, I had one of those moments where life doesn’t quite feel real.
There were creators from all over North America. Women and men from every trade sharing their stories, building each other up, and representing an industry that’s changing for the better. I was so surprised by just how many women were in the room. While we were still outnumbered by the men, I couldn’t help but smile at how many talented tradeswomen were in that room. Years ago, I don’t think I would’ve believed I’d ever see something like that.
Then another thought hit me…
Out of everyone there, I was the only tile setter representing the U.S.
That honestly surprised me.
When I started setting tile, I never imagined I’d be here. There were people who laughed at me, questioned whether I belonged, and at times I wondered if there was a place for me. Those moments hurt, but they also fueled me.
Fast forward to today, and I’m standing in a room full of incredible creators as part of the DEWALT influencer team, representing the tile trade.
I don’t take that responsibility lightly.
Thank you DEWALT POWER TOOLS , for believing in women in the trades and for creating opportunities like this. It means a lot to know a company of this caliber sees value in what we’re building not just as creators, but as skilled tradespeople.
I’m especially excited about what this could mean for tile. Our trade deserves a seat at the table, and I’m grateful to help represent it. I can’t wait to see what we create together and hopefully inspire the next generation of tile setters to believe there’s a place for them, too.

Side quest queen coming in strong with shopping for very expensive vehicles. After driving the Chevy Tahoe last week I knew I needed to test drive the Denali and Yukon XLs. We’ve needed an SUV for far too long. Being that I currently drive a 2014 c300 that has been paid off for quite some time I am really looking for convenience especially with Slade, family that visit from out of town, and 2 large dogs.
Hauling luggage and other misc items in the bed of a dirty work truck is not it and I don’t know why we didn’t do this sooner.
So my question is, what would you choose?
