Will Anderson Jr. may have already become the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history, but you’d never know it from the way he’s attacking practice 🔥
Entering his fourth NFL season, the Texans star has been setting the tone throughout team drills with the same relentless intensity that helped make him one of the league’s premier pass rushers.
In fact, head coach DeMeco Ryans joked that Anderson has been so disruptive that he might have to keep him off the field just so the offense can get some work done.
“He just keeps wrecking practice. It’s no surprise that Will is the guy for everyone to watch. The intensity at which we operate, that’s how I want everybody to be.”
For Houston, that’s the best possible sign. Anderson isn’t practicing like someone who just got paid. He’s practicing like someone who still has something to prove 😤

The biggest development for the Texans this offseason might not be a new player.
It might be C.J. Stroud's voice.
According to DeMeco Ryans, QB1 Stroud is becoming far more involved in shaping Houston's offense.
💬 "C.J. has ideas and thoughts on different plays and formations, things that he likes."
💬 "The coach-player relationship is headed in the right direction."
That's a BIG deal.
Because elite quarterbacks don't just run offenses. They help build them, and it seems like Texans QB1 is now leading by example, and his teammates are following him.
CJ Stroud and offensive coordinator Nick Caley are developing exactly that type of relationship.
🔹 Better Communication
🔹 More Collaboration
🔹 More Input From The QB
🔹 Greater Ownership Of The Offense
That's often the next step in a franchise quarterback's evolution.
The biggest question entering 2026 isn't whether Stroud is talented.
We already know he is.
It's whether this stronger partnership with Nick Caley can unlock the next level of his game.
If it does...the Texans could be one of the most dangerous teams in football.

The Texans have no shortage of defensive stars, but Azeez Al-Shaair remains one of the players helping hold everything together.
In his seventh NFL season, the veteran linebacker earned the first Pro Bowl selection of his career after leading Houston in tackles and helping the Texans put together another successful year.
His 2025 campaign included:
❤️ 103 total tackles (48 solo) — 1st on team
💙 2 interceptions
❤️ 9 passes defended
💙 1 forced fumble
❤️ 1 fumble recovery
💙 1 tackle for loss
❤️ 2 QB hits
After starting all 16 games he played in, Al-Shaair once again showed why he's such an important part of one of the NFL's best defenses.
❤️💙💪🏈

Could 2026 finally be the year the Texans reach their first AFC Championship Game? ⭐️
Since entering the NFL in 2002, Houston has never advanced to the AFC Championship, making it one of the few teams in the conference still searching for that breakthrough moment.
The encouraging part? The Texans may be closer than ever.
Under DeMeco Ryans, Houston has reached the Divisional Round in three consecutive seasons and continues to build one of the most complete rosters in football.
The AFC remains loaded with contenders, but the Texans have the talent, coaching, and momentum to make a serious run.
If everything comes together, 2026 could be the season Houston finally breaks through and reaches territory the franchise has never experienced before 🔥

Tank Dell has spent the last year fighting his way back.
Now, the Texans receiver says he’s finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
After missing the entire 2025 season following a devastating knee injury that included a dislocated kneecap and multiple torn ligaments, Dell is back on the field running routes and catching passes from C.J. Stroud.
“It’s light at the end of the tunnel, so I’m almost there.”
The journey hasn’t been easy.
A fractured fibula cut short his rookie season. A gunshot wound during the following offseason created another obstacle. Then came the knee injury that forced him to miss all of 2025.
But every setback has only strengthened his determination.
Before the injury, Dell had already proven he could be a difference-maker, recording 51 catches for 667 yards in 2024 while helping Houston reach the playoffs.
Now he’s focused on one thing.
Helping the Texans take the next step.
The goal isn’t just returning.
It’s bringing Houston its first Super Bowl.

Tank Dell has confirmed he expects to be ready to go when the Texans report for training camp in late July.
The wide receiver missed the entire 2025 season while recovering from a severe knee injury suffered in December 2024.
While he was limited to rehab work and light route-running during the team's offseason program, Dell noted over the weekend that he finally sees "light at the end of the tunnel" and is ready for a full workload this summer.
Prior to his injury, Dell was an incredibly efficient weapon, recording 98 receptions for 1,376 yards and 10 touchdowns over his first 25 NFL appearances.
Getting him back on the field restores a vital connection for C.J. Stroud, giving the Texans' passing game another versatile target alongside Nico Collins.
The coaching staff is taking a patient approach to ensure he is fully physical, but all signs point toward No. 3 making his highly anticipated return to the field next month.
What are your realistic expectations for Tank Dell’s production in 2026?

Enshrining a monumental catalog of aerial excellence highlights the premier cornerstone of Houston football history.
Securing exactly 1,012 grabs throughout a decorated twelve-season stay locked down an astronomical volume metric that no other player in franchise history has ever approached.
The Hall of Fame wideout helped the Texans by physically overpowering cornerbacks along the boundary and routinely extracting chunk yardage out of completely broken plays.
Studying these massive lifetime metrics underscores the rare athletic threshold and supreme durability required to command the record books in H-Town. 🤘🚀

The dominant early reviews coming out of Houston highlight a sophomore receiver primed for a massive statistical leap on the perimeter.
Observers are noting significant physical maturation, allowing him to consistently overwhelm smaller defensive backs and align across multiple spots in the offensive formation.
Staging this surge in production alongside Nico Collins gives quarterback C.J. Stroud an incredibly dangerous and versatile complementary dynamic in the passing game.
The emerging wide receiver helps the Texans by diversifying the aerial attack and demanding immediate defensive attention to create favorable individual matchups.
Solidifying these substantial gains when the pads go on at training camp will confirm his status as a crucial weekly game-changer. 🤘🚀

Tank Dell discussed his recovery from a significant knee injury that caused him to miss the entirety of the Texans' 2025 campaign, noting the support he received from the team during his journey back. 🗣️👏
"It means the most... The belief I have from the organization. From [GM] Nick [Caserio] on to the bottom. To [Coach] DeMeco [Ryans] to my receiver coach to training staff and everybody in training staff. It's been a great ride, a great journey."
