Colorado born, Houston grown!

With 20 years talking about what other people have made, will make, and how to make it better, this is the natural next step. Growing up in my career in Houston after the military was crucial to deciding how I want to be remembered... with ice!

I want to bring my friends along for the ride and help them enjoy a path most don't take. If your interested I need more friends. I have always learned as I went and this is no different, I will have small batches and small distribution and hope to find the combination of process and product that will satisfy the palate in a manner the benefits our next growth pattern... UP!

I don't know yet what I will be good at so we will throw as many recipes into our still as we can and create something we can be proud of serving to the bars that I know and like. We will have events that will captivate my imagination and challenge the normal ideas of what everyone does. I will work with a handful of brewers that are open to creating a cool product and challenging what can be done with taste as the only boundary. This won’t be a product for everyone but, you can always grow into it if you try!

The first step has been started follow along for the rest....Collaboration is the key for growth, Growth is essential to keep from being stagnant... Doing what needs to be done in the face of adversity is how you can tell your story. I add flair to every story that I tell......
