This year I have challenged myself to share about Jesus everywhere I go. One way I can do that is through these mini Jesus figures!
How does the challenge work?
I will secretly leave mini Jesus figures in different places I visit — like hospitals, supermarkets, schools, churches, and even at my restaurant. My hope is that whoever finds one will be reminded that Jesus loves them, sees them, and is always with them.
If you find one, keep it, pass it on to someone who needs encouragement, or hide it again for another person to discover. ❤️

Tom kha kai is another iconic Thai dish that may not be as globally famous as tom yum, but it is equally popular among foreign diners. Known for its smooth, well-balanced flavor, the coconut-based soup offers a gentler introduction to Thai cuisine, especially for those who prefer less heat.
The name literally means "chicken galangal soup." The dish combines tender chicken with coconut milk, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and mushrooms. Fish sauce and lime juice add saltiness and brightness, while fresh chilies provide a mild kick without overwhelming spice.
