Bathrooms and secondary spaces were designed to carry the same level of intention as the main living areas. Clean, cohesive, and built to perform across multiple units without sacrificing style.

The kitchen sets the standard.

Designed as part of a larger interior package, every selection was made to create a cohesive look while maintaining durability and cost efficiency at scale.

Wayfinding is design 🧡

The breakroom sets the tone for this level, designed to feel simple, clean, and easy to move through before transitioning into the surrounding corridors.

When every hallway looks the same, movement becomes unclear.

One corridor was finished in a warm dark gray, so teal canvases were introduced to create distinction and subtle visual markers. Small shifts in tone and placement now guide movement naturally throughout the floor.

Because design is not just decoration. It is clarity.

Presence matters 🧡

Although the bank’s primary branding is red and black, the direction was to move away from dominant red. Copper became the foundation, with subtle red accents woven intentionally throughout.

The result is a Lobby Area that feels elevated, grounded, and confident without overpowering the brand identity.

Accent pieces from our decor collection were thoughtfully incorporated to bring warmth and softness into the space.

Before the finish ✨

This fifth floor private banking space began with bare walls and uniform corridors that made navigation unclear. The objective was refinement without excess.

No faux greenery. No unnecessary accessories. Just intentional placement, clean lines, and subtle detail.

Grateful to work alongside installation partners who treat every project with the same care and precision we do.

Installation is where vision becomes structure.

The quieter spaces 🛏️

Tucked away on the third floor of this beautiful townhome, these rooms were staged with rest, comfort, and flexibility in mind. From the primary suite to a cozy guest suite designed to support short term rental living, each space was styled to feel calm, functional, and refreshing.

You’ll also catch a light behind the scenes moment from the unboxing process. Small adjustments, thoughtful layers, and the details that help everything feel just right.
