There’s no life like the one God provides for you! We both let doors closed on what we thought we knew and walked through the flood gates God had for us, which led us to each other. Now, 17 years later, these are the types of images we are blessed to capture!
It was about her wild day in our family of 5 today (sat in the closet for 20 mins in the dark to get my mind right lol) but, one of these 4 blessings always reminds me that God really did love me then, and His love for me still remains.
Church today was about handing all your worries and burdens over to God so that you may have true rest! Exactly what we needed to hear to get us through the week ahead! Praying you take this word along with you as well. (Matthew 11:25-30)

London often has us very confused on her style. When we are headed to an event, church, a nice dinner, anywhere more on the fancier side, she the girliest girl. However, anytime she gets to be more laid back, she takes it all the way back lol. Baggy clothes, most things she wear are black and she is definitely this punk rock, emo, tomboy type of vibe. Sometimes, we feel she leans towards wanting to look goth as well but she is admit that she isn’t.
We didn’t understand it at first, questioned if this is more than just her wanting to look a certain way and began to wonder about the company she is keeping. But, we made a vow to allow her to explore who she is and provide her a safe space to do that so, we lean into it within reason. We don’t always say yes but, when something she wants to wear seems not against the young lady God expects her to be, just maybe a bit different than we envisioned, we support her.
She is so excited to rock her purple, lacy chucks with every dress she has. They had to be ordered so i can’t wait to see how she styles them.

London, over the years, has really developed a love for accessorizing. Find and earrings are her favorite accessories right now and was the perfect place to get her some quality pieces. She definitely such a unique style, one you can’t find just anywhere. has a beautiful line of unique pieces so we knew she’d find something she’d love. We were right and now she won’t take them off!
Day 1 of “13 Days of London” was a huge success!
Stay tuned for day 1 (sharing this evening). She was sooo surprised and so happy!!
Side note: we have never raised a teenager and myself at 13 wasn’t a time I want to remember. Any tips on how to keep her grounded in Christ, level headed despite her environment and on the path to greatness would be greatly appreciated 🥰🥹!
