🔥 SATURDAY WORK! 🔥
Some of our athletes decided to spend their Saturday hitting the weights and getting some shots up! 🏋🏾♀️🏀
No games. No tournament. Just WORK.
Getting stronger, sharpening skills, and continuing to build during the offseason. The grind is real, and the work always shows!
WE DON’T JUST PLAY. WE DEVELOP! 🔥
This was supposed to be a serious mic’d up moment with Jazz... but if you know Jazz, you know she’s going to be herself. 😂
One thing we never want to coach out of our athletes is their personality. The gym should be a place where they work hard, compete, and still enjoy the journey. The laughs, the energy, and the memories are all part of the process.
Now... back to work. 😅🔥
Move fast. Stay under control. Think faster. 🏀🔥
This cone series isn’t just about ball handling. It’s about fine tuning coordination while forcing your brain to multitask.
Move as fast as you can without losing control. Control the basketball, navigate the cones, keep your eyes up, process information, and make decisions all at the same time.
The game doesn’t slow down for you. The more you train your mind and body to work together, the more the game starts to slow down for you.
We don’t just build better ball handlers.
We build smarter basketball players.
Train with purpose. Develop every day. 🔥🏀
Dribble with Purpose!
Does your athlete only dribble at one speed straight up the sideline?
Does your athlete know what to do to avoid traps?
Great ball handlers don’t just dribble. They change speeds, protect the basketball, read defenders, and attack pressure with confidence.
Confidence with the basketball doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from consistent, intentional reps.
Consistency builds confidence!

Simple drill. Big purpose. 👀🏀
One thing we constantly challenge our players to do is keep their eyes up. If your eyes are down, you’re missing teammates, defenders, and opportunities.
This live ball handling drill works on footwork, coordination, and ball control while forcing the players to see the floor. I hold up different numbers with my fingers, and they have to call them out without losing control of the ball.
Shoutout to Hayden for her development. For her age and size, her footwork has become a real strength. She’s putting the work in, and it’s starting to show every time she steps on the court.
The little details become big results. 🔥💪🏽
