🏃🏽‍♀️Here is what I am currently doing to try to actively pursue the wellness routine that helps me better my mind, body, and spirit. ⛅️I am starting my day earlier. 👏🏽I understand that everyone’s plan is not a one size fits all due to different work schedules, commitments, lifestyles ect... heck, your plan 2 years ago may not fit you now, and this is normal! I am not sure how your fitness/wellness plans are going, but I encourage you to take a moment and think of time frames that can work best for your current season of life. 💭 Something I like to also keep in mind, is stay open minded, stay as consistent as possible, and flexible with your plan. As I prayed for a word today, The Holy Spirit brought me to Hebrews 12:1-2 and let’s just say I had a big cry 😭. In a good way of course. 2023 was a beautiful & wild year. Only because of the grace, mercy, and love of God I can look back and appreciate all the wonderful memories made, the lessons learned, the sanctification, and more. Reading this scripture not only strengthens my spirit to keep my eyes on Jesus who endured the cross, but also to lay aside everything and any sin that weighs me down, so that I can continue to run the race He lays before me & my family. 🙏🏽🏃🏽‍♀️I pray you may be encouraged with this truth as well Amiga. What a promise. His voice is kind, compassionate, and loving amigas. I pray this month you may know His voice, and hear His voice especially during this time of year! During the holidays unwanted comments from family members can be said, or we can speak certain words or statements over our bodies that are not loving (guilty of this some hard days).
