Training for this pushed me in new ways. I didn’t always love it, but it’s pretty cool what you learn about yourself when you step out of your comfort zone.

I used to think consistency meant “all in.”
Now I know it means staying in.

Staying connected to my body across the seasons.
Letting health look different throughout the year.

Some weeks it’s one workout.
Some weeks it’s four.
Some days it’s breath and mobility.
Some days it’s a long run and a lift.

And it all counts.

Looking back on 2025, this version of consistency changed everything ~
my relationship with movement,
my appreciation for my body,
and my trust in what I can do.

Not because I pushed harder, but because I kept returning to myself over and over again.

✨ That’s the heart of Steady Through the Season,
especially during the last week of the year, when it’s easy to think you’ve “fallen off.”

Every time I move my body, I’m reminded of this:
You don’t build strength from restriction.
You build it through consistency, support, and meeting your body where it is.

And the same goes for nutrition.
If you’re trying to build a pattern of eating that supports your energy, your workouts, and your life, it doesn’t come from demonizing foods.

It comes from:
• fueling regularly
• giving your body carbs so it can actually perform
• choosing foods that fit your schedule
• adding nutrients instead of stripping away everything “processed”

Your body doesn’t need a perfect diet.
It needs a pattern of nourishment that actually fits you.
