🔧 Job Type: Field Installation Technician
🏢 Locations: North Texas & Houston Texas

🔹 Responsibilities:
As a Field Installation Technician at PBC Technologies, you will play a crucial role in installing, configuring, and maintaining complex systems that integrate hardware and software components for our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
 Installation and Configuration: install and configure complex systems, which may include hardware components, software applications, and networking infrastructure.
 Testing and Troubleshooting: testing and troubleshooting systems to ensure that they are functioning properly. This involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and working closely with engineers and project managers to develop and implement solutions.
 Documentation and Reporting: document all installation and maintenance activities, including creating reports and records of work performed. This documentation is critical for ensuring that customers have accurate records of their systems, and for providing an audit trail of activities.
 Training and Support: train customers on how to use the systems they have installed. This involves developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure that customers are comfortable and confident in using the systems.
 Safety and Compliance: ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards. This may involve working with safety officers and compliance specialists to ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
