This week we celebrated the Grand Opening of Columbus Square Phase III in Montgomery, Alabama!

This newest phase adds 60 high-quality affordable apartment homes, including Project-Based Voucher units, helping expand access to safe, stable housing for families in a community where the need continues to grow. Residents will enjoy modern loft and townhome-style homes along with amenities like a fitness center, community room, and playground.

We're proud to continue investing in communities and creating housing opportunities that make a lasting difference in people's lives.

We had a great time yesterday at the Beaumont Senior Expo connecting with residents and sharing information about our senior housing communities, along with the social events, activities, and supportive resources available to those who call them home.

The renovation will include major interior and exterior upgrades designed to improve quality of life for residents while ensuring the community remains affordable for years to come.
