Pregnancy and infant loss can leave parents carrying both profound grief and unseen trauma. But how do we recognize the difference, and what support can help families heal?
In this conversation, Jamilah Robinson is joined by mental health professionals Amy Zulko and Abigail Weisman to explore grief, trauma, recovery, and the importance of compassionate support after loss.
Whether you're navigating loss yourself, supporting a loved one, or serving families professionally, we invite you to listen.

Each pillow was thoughtfully sewn, stuffed, and completed by handβa gift of comfort created with love and care for families navigating pregnancy and infant loss.
June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.
When a pregnancy or child loss occurs, fathers often find themselves carrying grief while trying to support everyone around them. Too often, their pain goes unseen.
That's why support matters. That's why community matters.
We're grateful for organizations like SAD DADS CLUB that are creating spaces where bereaved fathers can find connection, understanding, and support in whatever way feels right for them.
Because no one should have to carry grief alone.

June is Men's Mental Health Month, and we're holding space for the fathers and partners whose grief is often unseen.
Pregnancy and infant loss affect the entire family. Yet many dads feel pressure to stay strong, support others, and carry their pain in silence.
This month, we want fathers to know that their grief matters, too.
To the dads who are grieving a baby they never got to meet, carrying loss that others don't see, or navigating difficult emotions after lossβyou are not alone.
Support is not just for mothers. Healing conversations, connection, and compassionate care matter for fathers, too.
