What an amazing day celebrating art, community, and creativity!
Yesterday, we officially dedicated our stunning new mural “Children in the Sun” at Kitty Hollow Park—an inspiring work by local artist Tiffany Cade. This vibrant piece is a joyful tribute to childhood, outdoor play, and the native wildflowers that make Fort Bend County so special.
And this is just the beginning! We’re excited to roll out even more murals across every precinct as part of our ongoing effort to beautify Fort Bend County through public art.
Huge thanks to everyone who came out—your energy made the event unforgettable!
Special thank you to Tiffany Cade, our incredible sponsors Home Depot–Missouri City and Sherwin-Williams–First Colony, the Parks & Recreation team, city leaders, community partners, and all those who helped bring this vision to life.
If you haven’t seen the mural yet, stop by Kitty Hollow Park and check it out!
