A subtle nod to rodeo season. 🤠
With this year’s Art & Cocktail Party aligning with Houston’s rodeo season, we incorporated a few thoughtful touches throughout the experience including artwork honoring Black cowboy culture and a custom hat bar activation for guests.
The hat bar quickly became a favorite of the night, with guests creating their own rodeo-inspired looks and adding a little Western flair to their all-black attire.
A fun moment that blended culture, creativity, and personal style into the experience.

On the cocktail side at , the energy picked up as guests moved from the gallery into the lounge.
Cocktails were flowing, passed bites made their way through the room, and the night came alive with a live band, vocalist, and drummer setting the tone before the DJ kept the music going.
Guests danced, mingled, captured photos and continued the evening just steps away from the exhibition.

Alongside the Rooted in Legacy exhibition, the gallery side offered a chance for guests to slow down and really experience the art.
People moved through the space sipping drinks, enjoying charcuterie, and spending time with the work of each artist. Throughout the evening, a live saxophonist serenaded the gallery as guests explored the exhibition and connected over the pieces that stood out to them

Rooted in Legacy: Art Exhibition
On the gallery side at , guests explored Rooted in Legacy, an exhibition featuring seven artists whose work reflected culture, storytelling, and contemporary Black art.
With a subtle nod to Houston’s rodeo season and the legacy of Black cowboy culture, the exhibition blended modern expression with historical influence.
Throughout the evening, collectors connected with the artists and three original works from the exhibition found new homes.
The gallery also featured a small print shop, allowing guests to take a piece of the exhibition with them.
