It was my honor to host a fundraiser for my friend, Edward "Ted" James

Over the last 12 years, Ted has devoted his life to the service of the residents of Baton Rouge. While he has accomplished so much during his tenures in the Louisiana Legislature and the Small Business Administration (SBA), he is constantly trying to find ways to do even more, knowing the needs in Baton Rouge are still great.

Disparities across our city has continued to be the alarming issue centered around politics, major health disparities and partial commitments that have not been properly allotted for our local communities.

As The Executive Director for The African American Male Wellness Agency, we will continue to be intentional about the health & wellness issues that have been addressed by local men & women across the city.
