HPB Realty is preparing to launch a luxury real estate YouTube channel and we are looking for an actress or model for our brand awareness campaign. We are in search of a talented and enthusiastic co-host for what could be a weekly series about Houston’s luxury real estate market. The informational videos will be created primarily for our social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a great on-screen presence and excellent communication skills.

We are a Luxury Real Estate Brokerage firm with over 15 years of real estate experience. We serve the greater Houston area and offer the highest level of expertise, service, and integrity. Our team is committed to precise attention to every detail, in order to deliver a world-class real estate experience.

All candidates must be able to:

1. Communicate confidently and enthusiastically

2. Submit a one-minute video

3. Work in the Greater Houston Area

4. Present comfortably on-camera

5. Be upbeat and professional

To apply ALL applicants must provide the following:

· Headshots and/or comp cards, and any other promotional materials that you would like to share that demonstrate your work.

· A 1-minute video of you describing a residential or commercial property for sale. If you have an actual property to feature in the background that would be ideal but if not, feel free to use any background that you have access to, which can be as simple as a plain white wall. The production quality of the video and the background is not what's most important. Having that said, do the best you can. The more important issue is your presentation.

· A resume or bio that contains your work experiences and your contact information.

Benefits and Compensation:

· Daily per diem, including milage
