Because of her leadership abilities, Ms. Brooks has become responsible for building the payroll department for a growing company and has been tasked with developing a streamlined human resource processes due to various company restructuring and growth along with several payroll platforms. With over 20 years of corporate and personal tax experience, Ms. Brooks has assisted companies with personal federal tax filings along with state and federal business registrations, franchise taxes, which has enabled these organizations to get in compliance with tax filings and payments.
