Funny enough, the first time I met these two was actually at another couple’s wedding. Somewhere between the music, the celebration, and the energy of the night, they asked me to be their coordinator — and I’ll admit, I totally thought it might’ve just been the party (or the booze 😅) talking. So you can imagine how freaking pumped I was when they called me just a few days later to officially secure their date!

From that moment on, they have made this process incredibly easy and so much fun. They booked vendors that truly function as a one-stop shop, which allowed everything to come together seamlessly, and I absolutely adored putting their classy vision together. Knowing their personalities and the vibes of their wedding party, there is zero doubt in my mind that this celebration will be fun, stylish, and completely memorable.

The Astorian is truly the perfect place to dress up, celebrate big, and attend a classy soirée — and I cannot think of a more fitting setting for these two and the energy they bring.

From the start, these two have been incredibly trusting of the planning process, and it has made this journey so enjoyable. One of my favorite parts has been how equally involved they both are — especially in our group text, where ideas, excitement, and decisions have always felt collaborative and fun. Watching them show up together for every step of this experience has been so special to witness.

Cheyenne & Patrick are genuinely one of the sweetest couples, and their unique souls deserve a wedding day that feels just as meaningful and memorable as the love they share. Getting to help shape a celebration that reflects who they are has been such an honor.

I also have a soft spot for intimate weddings, especially in venues like this. With beautiful weather ahead for an outdoor garden celebration, this day is going to be spring to the max — from their color palette to the florals to the perfectly curated mix-matched linens. It’s going to feel fresh, joyful, and completely magical.

From the very first time we met, I knew we clicked. The entire planning process has felt easy in the best way possible — they have been effortlessly cool, calm, and so incredibly chill through every decision, every conversation, and every step along the way. Planning alongside a couple who trusts the process and keeps the energy light makes this experience that much more special.

And honestly, they are so deserving of a spectacular wedding day. The kind of celebration that feels timeless, joyful, and completely reflective of who they are together. Getting to help shape that vision alongside them has been such a privilege.

Returning to this Galveston venue feels extra fitting because it is truly the perfect backdrop to bring their vintage, Victorian-inspired wedding to life. The character, the charm, the history — it all aligns so beautifully with what we’ve dreamed up together, and I cannot wait to see every thoughtful detail come together in that space.

HAPPY WEDDING WEEK! 🥳

It’s always special sending couples into their wedding weekend, but this one hits a little closer to home. Getting the chance to plan and coordinate the weddings of childhood friends is such a full circle moment for me, and truly one of the biggest honors of what I do. Watching someone you’ve known for so long step into such a meaningful season of life makes it all the more exciting to be part of the journey.

And let me just say — Faith has been the definition of organized throughout this entire process. The girl was on it from day one. Every checklist, every detail, every little piece of the puzzle… handled with so much intention. She somehow managed to make all of my planning systems look easy, and I can confidently say not a single detail was missed along the way.

This wedding is shaping up to be the most beautiful spring celebration — full of love, laughter, and so many sweet memories waiting to be made. I truly cannot wait to watch everything come together and see this vision come to life surrounded by the people who love them most.

HAPPY WEDDING WEEK! 🥳

My stress relief package found Luke & Jessica at a perfect time when they found the back half of their wedding planning journey to be a pain in the butt. Knowing I was familiar with their venue, I was eager to jump in and take some of that unnecessary stress right off their plates.

As a wedding planner and coordinator, one word that I often characterize my job as is being an advocate. It is crucial to be able to communicate on behalf of my clients to vendors. The goal is that my clients trust me enough to know that the decisions I’ll make are in the best interest of them. Given that many of my couples are doing this for the first time ever, I do my best to utilize my knowledge in the industry to make them feel confident with their decisions. I am the professional right? So that’s the perfect excuse to lead the way!

Despite some of the dumb stress that was put on them, Jessica & Luke are the coolest. They care when they need to care, but don’t micromanage the details. They want a wedding that is timeless with clean and classic traditional elements. And no better way to do that than with a black and white soirée 🖤

Jessica & Luke, thanks for trusting me to get you to the finish line. I know that this hasn’t been the easiest, but I can’t wait to execute it for you on Saturday. I am so grateful to be a part of your journey and pray you get to sit back and relax and really be in the moment together.

HAPPY WEDDING WEEK! 🥳

I just love my confident type A babies - from the minute I met Sydney, I knew she had it under control! She and Matthew were pros when it came to planning their day and found my planning platform to be an extra confidence booster that they were on the right track. I loved the moments I was able to pop in and relieve them of any stress that came up, but again, I never doubted that they were A-OK.

As a planner, individuality is key. In a way, I keep to what I know works at weddings, but then take that blueprint and fluff it up based on my couples. That part is what makes my job so exciting. I love seeing the unique ways a couple brings their own twist to their wedding day.

Of course, I leap at the opportunity to work a Halloween wedding! The vibes are ALWAYS there. Of course, we gotta keep it classy for an October wedding day, but believe me there will be a few nods to the holiday at the Photo Booth and in their fall color palette.

Sydney & Matthew, there is no doubt Friday will be perfect. Your tireless work has lead you to a seamless day and what a joy it is to be able to help execute it for you. It’s been a long time coming and I am SO ready.

I had the pleasure of meeting Julie through Unbridaled when I helped her find her beautiful wedding dress! Of course, she and I clicked instantly! And shortly thereafter, I was introduced to Jason (who managed the venue they were getting married at)! As we explored planning options, I was given the amazing opportunity to plan this one of a kind wedding day! Their unique take on this day really sparked a fire in my creative soul!

I am so excited to have the excuse to travel to Austin and execute such a cool day. Julie & Jason wanted to put their own unique twist on this wedding day by giving in nontraditional elements to make the reception feel funky and fresh. As we started dreaming up this aesthetic, I was totally hooked from the minute they said “we want lots of lounge furniture” 🥹

This wedding will really be one for the books - we are bringing coastal Italian elements to the venue space and making the night feel like a hype cocktail soiree. From live instruments working alongside the DJ, so chandelier lighting elements, and we cannot forget the beautifully crafted menu featuring every version of comfort food. This day is going to be an opportunity to really see how creative we can be with a wedding day.

Julie & Jason, without your ideas and connections, this day wouldn’t have been what it’s going to be! Thank you for trusting me to help you along the planning journey and to be your sidekick on this magical day. I, as well as all of your vendors, are beyond ready to get this show on the road!

HAPPY WEDDING WEEK! 🥳

It’s kind of rare that I get a little emotional when I’m wishing a couple a happy wedding week, but I won’t lie, this one puts me in my feels. When I was given the honor of helping Fekerta plan her wedding day, I just knew we would click. Despite our love languages being EXACTLY the same (words of affirmation for any of you who care 😉), she put her entire trust in me and let me lead her through what could be, one of the most stressful journeys she/they have embarked on.

There was a a lot of balancing through this process. Every decision made had to be made with intention. As the couple wanted to beautiful mesh two cultures, it was important to me, as their planner, to keep that in mind when creating a vendor team that would match that. Every time we met, whether it was in person or virtually, it was always a vibe. At some points, even I felt like an integral part of this day - from assisting them in choosing fonts, to tableware, to florals and linens, its like I was creating a bit of my own. I am giddy to watch this vision we created FROM SCRATCH, come to life.

This wedding is serving elegance, laughter, joy, and hype dance floor…duh. This wedding planning has been so enjoyable to be a part of both with the couple and vendors. It is just a bonus they are getting married right behind my house lol and I really can’t wait to show it off to you all on Saturday.

Fekerta & Quentin, you have already done such a beautiful job creating this day and I am beyond grateful that you chose me to execute it on your behalf. Seeing the day come is the epitome of bittersweet and you can bet that I am going to miss our regular chats 🥺

It is far and few for me to meet anyone who “out-organizes” me and let me tell you, this couple did just that. By no means were they in need of my planning services because after seeing those spreadsheets, I just knew not a single detail was going to be missed. And lord how I adore working with type A couples! 😍

Venerson & Devin are the epitome of fun-loving. Laughing often and eager to celebrate their love with those closest to them. I don’t want to give too much away, but this Saturday will have allll the wedding things! Games, a Photo Booth, an insane dance floor playlist, you name it. Personally, I am excited to nail the timed-out processional song, it feels like I am gearing up for my Super Bowl 😂

Knowing how much effort this couple has poured into this day, there is nothing I wouldn’t do to make sure it goes exactly as they expected, maybe even better 😉 I have been so fortunate to have had 2 back-to-back smooth weddings and I am bringing that same energy this weekend. I want my couple to feel everything weddings have to offer and feel fully present in such an exciting time in their lives.

James & Emma have worked tirelessly to make sure this day is exactly what it should be. They have focused on even the tiniest details and there is something to be said about couples that care about their people that much. It is always an honor to be able to help couples bring their vision to life. All I want is for them to have confidence in their planning and be able to be fully present on their wedding day.
