A month and a half ago I was feeling my chest tighten up in the office or at home, shortness of breath, and avoiding the MUC stairs.

Today we pushed to 3.5 miles on the walk because the regular route didn’t feel like enough today. I could feel my legs underneath me telling me I got more in the tank. Listening to one song on repeat the whole time. I’m happy to be here and now I at least walk down the MUC stairs. We’ll work on climbing up em’ later lol. You can do your version of this too. Whatever that looks like. Give yourself grace.
