🦃Turkey Recipe + Amber Wine✨
Butter Herb Mix
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 sprig thyme
• 2/3 cup chopped parsley
• 1 sprig rosemary
• 4 tbsp blended seasoning (below)

Blended Seasoning
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 1¼ tbsp onion powder
• 1¼ tbsp garlic powder
• 1½ tsp coarse black pepper
• 2 tsp coarse salt
• 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
• 1 tsp red chili flakes

Aromatics (for inside the turkey + roasting pan)
• 3 celery stalks
• 3 carrots
• 1 large yellow onion
• 3 sprigs thyme
• 1 sprig sage
• 2 sprigs rosemary
• 1 whole lemon
• 1 head garlic

🥧Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Crust + the silkiest spiced filling = fall perfection

Filling:
– 1 can pumpkin purée
– 3 eggs
– 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
– Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves
– Pinch of salt + black pepper
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup milk

How to:
Whisk until smooth. Pour into a blind-baked crust.
Bake at 190°C for 55–60 min.
