Now that’s Pretty! Going in!
Selecting the right title company MATTERS! After about two weeks of no communication from BNT we have decided to switch to Patriot Title. Still trying to clear the title on the house. Stay tuned !

Update on the project : I know it’s been awhile but unfortunately or fortunately I did not sell the house but I did rent it! It was frustrating to have finished the project and the next day the market drastically changed. Renting it will allow me to profit even more long term. But you always have to be open-minded when in real estate . There is so many opportunities and the best thing is , YOU will never LOSE! On to the next one…. Are you ready?
