Breakthrough Consulting

Breakthrough recently facilitated a quarterly staff training for the team at KM&L!

We love helping businesses create space to connect, collaborate and build on the work they do together. Thank you, KM&L, for having us!

Some people just make the days better, and Cameron is absolutely one of those people. We’re so thankful that getting to work with her each day also means getting to call her a friend.

Cam, you are someone who does everything with excellence. You excel at anything you put your mind to, you’re the most incredible momma, and you’re the kind of friend people are lucky to have. We’re so grateful for all that you bring to our team, but even more grateful for who you are.

We hope this next year is your best one yet. Happy Birthday, Cam! 🤍🎉

Running a business means making decisions every day, but sometimes the most important thing you can do is stop and ask the right questions. The answers might tell you more than you think.

1. Are we telling our story well?
2. Is our team equipped to get us where we want to go?
3. What’s standing between our business and the next level?

Breakthrough Consulting can help you turn these answers into a plan forward. Let's talk!

Your online presence should work as hard as you do.

From website development to digital advertising and Facebook ad campaigns, Breakthrough Consulting can help you build an online presence that supports your business goals. Let’s talk.

"We bring Breakthrough in every quarter, and it truly feels like having an extension of our own team walk through the door. We always leave having learned something new and genuinely look forward to their sessions. Their content rivals some of the biggest names in team development, and Emily & Leslie have become a trusted part of how we invest in our people."

We’re grateful for the recent opportunity to facilitate training for Brazosport ISD’s Child Nutrition Department!

BISD’s investment in its employees helps build strong, confident teams prepared to serve their students and schools well. We’re honored to play a part in that investment!

We’re proud to celebrate the ways our team members pursue their passions and use their skills to make an impact beyond their everyday work.

In addition to her role with the Breakthrough team, Cameron recently joined Moxxy Forensic Investigations as a Volunteer Investigative Genetic Genealogist. We’re excited to see her take on this meaningful volunteer role while continuing the work she does at Breakthrough!

Please say Hello to Cameron!

She earned a Certificate in Genealogical Research from Boston University and a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Investigative Genetic Genealogy from the University of New Haven.

Her passion for genealogy began with family history research and evolved into a fascination with investigative genetic genealogy and its ability to uncover answers that might otherwise remain unknown. Since 2019, she has used DNA analysis and traditional genealogical methods to help solve complex relationship and identity questions, including unknown parentage cases.

Drawn to both the analytical and human elements of the work, Cameron has always been motivated by opportunities to help others. Much of her professional career has been spent in the nonprofit sector, where she developed a passion for work that makes a meaningful impact on individuals and communities. Beyond her research, Cameron enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons and continues to pursue opportunities to grow and contribute within the field of investigative genetic genealogy.

We're excited to kick off Day 2 of facilitating training for Brazosport ISD's Child Nutrition Department!

It's an honor to partner with the team dedicated to nourishing and supporting BISD students every day.
