Having so much fun with Halloween 25 Design Concept

Stayed far away from Italian themed events for years now. I still have nightmares from what I call the Tragic Tuscan years of design trends. I still stand by the UNLESS YOU LIVE IN TUSCANY….rule of design. However, when the stunning freshly renovated serves as the backdrop for an elegant La Dolce Vita soiree, I couldn’t resist leaning all the way in.

I think we’ve finally recovered from this EPIC event, TDECU’S Denim & Diamonds 2024 Holiday Gala. A special shout out to my amazing husband Saint Douglas for helping me realize my insanely “youwanttodowhuuut” vision. I still remember the look on his face when I said, you remember having drinks at the Chandelier Bar - Cosmopolitan Hotel? Jump ahead to painstakingly stringing thousands and thousands of crystals in perfect proportion (the pics can’t hold that magic). Everyone at TDECU believed in my vision from the very beginning and supported and encouraged me 100% of the time. I used to think that budget was the most important predictor of success but it’s actually Trust. Money can’t buy that.
