Realtors!! I’ve talked a lot here about odors and how they affect sales. I know I’ve mentioned ways to combat odors, but nothing has been more effective than this machine right here. We have a big stinky dog and drink a ton of coffee, so our house has always had a slightly unpleasant odor that greets us when we’ve been gone for awhile. We bought this purifier (blueair 211 on Amazon) and plugged it in on Sunday, and when we returned home yesterday after hours away, it smelled like nothing. No smell. Nothing! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I highly recommend that you invest in this for your own home, and then let clients borrow it when they need it. It’s also supposed to help people with seasonal allergies! I have like two followers, so clearly this isn’t sponsored in any way. 😂

We had a very smelly weekend. Our dog was sprayed by a skunk, we had the class guinea pig, and our girls had a very hot and sweaty track meet. I’ll be sharing tips in my stories to help your house smell good for potential buyers and/or your mother-in-law.

Soft staging includes front door, kitchen, bathrooms, and any features like fireplaces, window seats, and bookcases. These items were previously in a house that had dozens of offers on its first weekend and closes today. They’re basically fairy dust for your listing. ✨

Getting your listing ready to sell? Keep it simple. Like, REALLY simple. Limiting the color palette to shades of white, black, with a little wood and greenery thrown in will help buyers look at your house instead of your decor.
