I’m Celebrating ME today because I absolutely do not look like what I’ve been through and what I’ve overcome.
I truly believe that my unwavering Faith has been the catalyst for so many of God’s Blessings. When YOU chose LOVE instead of HATE the reward is so much greater. And sometimes that LOVE is demonstrated by walking away and letting go of things that no longer serve you to fulfill your God given purpose. And that’s what I have learned in this season of Growth.

✨ Self-Care Sunday ✨

My new handcrafted and custom journal. I love her so much!!!

For me, Self-Care Sunday is about slowing down and reflecting on how much growth has strengthened me on this journey called life.

There was a time when journaling wasn't a part of my routine. That changed when I started therapy. One simple habit has become one of the greatest gifts I've given myself. It has helped me process my emotions, celebrate my progress, and truly see just how far I've come over the past few years.

Growth isn't always easy. In fact, it's often uncomfortable and painful. But every challenge, every lesson, and every season was necessary to shape the woman I am today.

Today, I choose gratitude over regret. I wouldn't change a single part of my journey because it made me stronger, wiser, and more resilient.

And can I say something?

I'm proud of me.
I'm proud of The Bold Me.

I'm finally living boldly—not because life has been easy, but because I refused to let what I've been through define what I'm capable of becoming.

Here's to continuing to heal, grow, and walk boldly into every season God has prepared for us. ❤️

My Friday Reset

Many people think of self-care as beauty and wellness but I decided to put a twist on this self-care movement.
Since becoming an empty nester I’ve become interested in plants and gardening. Why? Because it really soothes and calms my central nervous system. All I hear and feel is peace and joy and it feels sooo good.
Stay tuned and walk with me on how this kit works out (because I’ve killed three of these herb gardens so far 😜)

Sometimes you just have to change the scenery to reset the mind. Today was a very GOOD day.
