"An urgent chimney repair is what brought us to TrueWorks initially, but after a couple of roof inspections and much discussion, we ended up having them taking care of the chimney and also install a new roof. Their whole team were so thorough and patient as we debated our options. There were no pressure sales tactics and all costs were transparent. Install was timely and everything went just as promised. They were meticulous in clean-up and made sure we were 💯 happy with the work before we paid the final bill. I love that Laura and Joel are so supportive and involved in the west Houston community. The installation didn’t seem to take more than one hour and the installer was polite and had time for my questions. Most importantly, my bathroom is no longer a foggy mess after a hot shower! TrueWorks even painted the flashing that was installed around the roof vent. They obviously care about the appearance of my home. I trust these guys so much I have recommended them to my family and friends because I know they will get the best products and workmanship."

Great review from Helen... "True works did a great job on our roof and on our neighbor’s roof. Their pricing was fair. They showed up when promised and finished both homes in the time promised.

They keep you updated throughout the process with photos of repairs. This was important to us as our prior roof had not been flashed properly (another company). TrueWorks did a truly professional job on the flashing and the rest of the work.

Especially important to me, they kept their word about protecting my garden and the driveways! Used nets to catch the old roofing tiles, nails and debris which kept it out of my garden and yard and off the driveway. They also used a metal detector throughout the area to locate and remove and stray debris that evaded the nets.

It’s been months now, with multiple hard rains and we’ve had no leaks. I had a question about something around the chimney and they came back out, went back on the roof, took photos and showed me not only the quality of the current state of things, but also pulled up the coordinating work-in-progress photos from the same spot. Totally set my mind at ease and was really above and beyond the response I expected from my question.

I would highly recommend TrueWorks and will use them again whenever we need a new roof."
