My first HYROX competition this past Saturday. The energy, the crowd, the whole atmosphere was unreal from start to finish.

Big love to our BNKR family and friends who showed up and held it down for all of us competing, felt that support the entire race.

Had the honor of running mixed doubles with an absolute beast. Grateful for the push through training and on race day. We stayed locked in and finished strong!

Executed lease for my client and now officially a landlord.

It’s wild to think I’ve continue to put my body through half- marathons over these past few years lol. You just learn how to take them mile by mile and respect what your body is capable of. This one was about staying patient, consistent and being present. My finishing wasn’t as strong as I would have liked but being healthy enough to even be out there is what I’m most thankful for.
