•I put a lot of love and time into every single cup so cups can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to complete. Once the cup is complete it must sit for 4 days to cure before I am able to ship it.
•Cups are not dishwasher safe, they should only be hand washed. They should not be scrubbed.
•They can hold hot or cold beverages but should never be in the microwave, in a hot car for too long or in extreme cold (like a refrigerator or freezer)
•Every cup is made with premium grade acrylic and polyurethane resin and is NOT shatter proof, if the cup is dropped there is always a chance of it will crack.
•I work in a glitter filled area so sometimes, no matter how hard I try to keep it out, a speck of random glitter may end up on your cup.
•These are handmade items and every single tumbler is unique in its own way, while I try to make every cup perfect, I am not a machine so I can not guarantee that your cup won't have tiny imperfections. I can promise you I work my hardest to make every single cup perfect for you and I put my entire heart into every single cup I make.
