My Fair Mahjong

MAHJONG Gifts, Accessories & Products ֍ Celebrating how Mahjong connects families, brings friends together and provides a way to build and support community.
We are a family run business! We started My Fair Mahjong with our hearts wide open - Katherine began creating small accessories for our own games and friends, never imagining it would grow into a full-fledged brand and a family business. A simple question over a weekly game sparked the creation of our very first set, The Southwest Series, inspired by and honoring a beloved grandmother. From there, our family has taken the leap and have had the times of our lives working together with our team (including our 8YO CFO "Chief Fun Officer"). Chad runs all of our business ops, and Katherine manages all things creative. From that moment the Southwest Series set design took shape, the rest (Texas, NYC, Southeast, etc.) soon followed and we became the very first to design mahjong sets that honor destinations - a completely new way to play that celebrates the places you love, places that feel like home, and places that hold special memories. Our Destination Collection began here and it's been such an honor to hear your stories about the deeply meaningful connections you have to many of our Destination Collection sets. These tiles add an additional layer of meaning to the already connective game of Mahjong, intensifying the fun and giving more reasons to connect with your community, friends and family as you delight in the designs and your memories of these special places. We were also the first to bring luxury mini travel mahjong sets to the market, offering a beautiful, portable way to take the game you love anywhere. From the original and ever-popular Mini Traditional Series to our multiple options in our custom design, these sets continue to journey with players all over the world. OUR INSPIRATION
We deeply value the cultural origins of mahjong and its many styles that evolved as the game spread around the world - Chinese, Singaporean, Taiwanese, Hong Kong, Riichi, Korean, American, and many more all evolved from the original way of play in China. This beautiful game has connected generations for well over a century, and we’re honored to be part of that legacy. While our designs sometimes push creative boundaries, they’re always rooted in respect and a desire to connect people to the heart of the game. OUR DESIGNS
We design in-house, collaborating with friends, family, and advisors - including those from the regions our sets honor - to ensure each collection feels authentic, beautiful, and joyful. Every set is made to celebrate connection, create meaningful moments, and bring smiles & tiles to tables everywhere.
Tomorrow is the day- we are so excited to announce this new green pearl-back set design! It has been a very long time in the making and we are so excited to be partnering with an amazing company to bring this to you!
And while we used curtains in the announcement… And the holiday season is coming up… we can confirm the theme is neither a Wicked theme nor a holiday theme. Though we do think it’s wicked-awesome, and that you will want to be playing on it all holiday season long.
Get your shopping bags ready - this is your final hint 👜
We will announce it tomorrow, and you will be able to get your hands on it in October.

Meet the Legacy Wave Series 🌊💜In Stock and Ready to Ship TODAY! If you haven't already, check out Katherine's reel that talks through the set - you'll get to catch the details of the inspiration.
Lavender Haze is in stock today. Blue Mist and the next batches of Lavender Haze will follow in the coming months.
These tiles are in our Grand tile size- largest one we've made to date. They have a truly substantial feel in the hand. Semi-translucent backs became the reason for the names Lavender Haze and Blue Mist- the light shines through them in such a cool way. Under the Hazy/Misty layer are 2 color layers and, of course, the white layer for the symbols.
The jokers carry a special meaning. They draw inspiration from antique Chinese longevity lock necklaces, with their cloudlike rú yì - head shape and little adornments hanging beneath. That shape echoes the head of the traditional Chinese rú yì scepter, a symbol of good fortune and good wishes. Rú yì means “as you wish” or “according to your wishes” and the longevity lock was worn long, to symbolize wishes for a long life. these beautiful pieces were often gifted to children, with wishes and hopes of a long life filled with good fortune. So, the combination of the two meanings made the longevity lock such a great concept for our Lucky Jokers of The Legacy Wave Series - sending you all wishes for a long life filled with good fortune.
To add a bit of differentiation and fun to the Jokers, you'll also notice that ten Chinese zodiac animals appear on the jokers, with the 11th and 12th being the Rooster (1 Bamboo) and Dragons. Together, they offer a reminder of the different personalities, generations, and stories that find a place around the mahjong table.
A new wave. A little wish. A legacy to share.
