Every year, we have the privilege of hosting an employee and spouse holiday dinner, and it’s always a highlight for us. Getting to know the people who support our team outside the office is a reminder that the focus, dedication, and hard work we see every day wouldn’t be possible without that support behind the scenes.
 
As we reflect on 2025, we do so with a great deal of pride. It’s been our strongest year yet, full of growth, collaboration, and some truly incredible projects. None of it would be possible without our people, who remain our greatest asset. Thank you for choosing to share your time and talent with this company and for helping make it what it is today.
 
We hope everyone enjoys some well-deserved downtime this holiday season and returns refreshed and ready to take on 2026 with the same determination that made 2025 such a successful year.

On June 19, 1865, Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas with news that the Civil War had ended and all enslaved people were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. This moment, now known as Juneteenth, marked a turning point not just for Texas but for the entire nation.

As a Houston-based firm, we recognize that our region is home to one of the most powerful milestones in American history. Today we honor resilience, freedom, and the ongoing pursuit of equity.
