All lanes of I-45 Gulf Freeway southbound mainlanes will be closed from SH 96 to FM 517 starting Friday, January 8 at 9 p.m. through Monday, January 11 at 5 a.m. All traffic will be detoured onto the southbound frontage road at the SH 96 exit ramp and will be allowed to re-enter the southbound main lane at the entrance from Holland Road.
