A person stays at a job for 3.9 years on average. Extrapolate that over 40 years of work, that can be a lot of work retirement accounts to keep up with.

Great news for America! Unfortunately this does not include statistics for educators. In 2020, NTSA found that the average educator saves roughly 6.9% of their income in 403(b) plans, quite a bit lower than the 10-15% recommendation.
