Chef Manabu “Hori” Horiuchi and Culinary & Creative Director Seth Siegel-Gardner are reuniting alongside their teams from Katami and & for eight collaborative, seafood-focused courses rooted in Italian tradition and Japanese technique.

The night will also feature wine and sake pairings by LFG Wine Director Mark Sayre and Ben Wendt, Katami’s Beverage Director & AGM, plus Italian-inspired cocktails by Milton’s & Lee’s Bar Manager Chad Matson, and a sweet finale from Katami Pastry Chef Peter Lim.
