JOB TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor & Technician
Mobile Temporary Services is currently assisting an industrial manufacturing company to hire a Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor.
LOCATIONS: Houston, Tx 77066 / Houston, Tx 77022
In need of a Maintenance Technician with 5+ years of experience.
Night Shift: 6pm-5am (Mon.-Thurs.)
PAY: $20+ (DOE)
DUTIES:
Changing coolant, replacing pumps as well as conveyors.
Experience with equipment repair and some CNC machines (lathe, mills) knowledge in a warehouse setting.
Inspecting and testing machines and equipment for any defects or malfunctions.
Replacing or repairing worn or damaged parts, such as belts, bearings, gears, or valves.
Lubricating and cleaning machines and equipment to reduce friction and prevent corrosion.
Adjusting and calibrating machines and equipment to meet specifications and standards.
Following preventive maintenance schedules and procedures according to manufacturer’s recommendations or industry best practices.
Documenting and reporting maintenance activities, issues, and solutions.
Complying with safety rules and regulations and using protective equipment and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous work experience as an industrial maintenance technician, preferably with knowledge of parametric and industrial control systems. In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance, as well as familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, basic computer and report writing skills, and good communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics, and to use various tools and instruments.
Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment, and to work independently or as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up various production equipment including press brakes, drawbench machines, rounding machines, etc.
Move products with the sit-down forklift.
Band and strap finished piping material.
​QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be self-sufficient, reliable, and punctual.
Literate to work with Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in manufacturing, pipe bending, metalwork, etc.

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician
A metal company is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The person will perform work to keep machines, mechanical and electrical equipment, or the facility's structure and repair. Orders and maintains spare parts inventory.
PAY: $17+ DOE
LOCATION: Houston Tx, 77022
SCHEDULE: Monday through Saturday (5 am - 1:30 pm)
DUTIES:
Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunction.
Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, forklifts, hand tools, or power tools.
Performs routine maintenance such as inspecting drives, motors, furnaces, or rams, checking fluid levels, lubricate machinery, replacing filters, or doing other preventative maintenance work.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as wrenches, hammers, hoists, saws, drills, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical/electronic testing devices.
Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical/electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
Orders parts, supplies, or equipment as needed and maintain spare part inventory.
Record production repair and maintenance machine information.
Performs routine maintenance on boilers, burners, air compressors, and other equipment.
Apply lockout tag out procedures when + where required per OSHA.
REQUIREMENTS:
Able to read, comprehend and adhere to the company's Process Management System requirements and provide improvement recommendations as needed.
Able to lift to 60 lbs. and work in various positions, such as standing, bending, kneeling, etc.
Must have previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experience.
