Your loved ones will love this...
When it comes to regenerated cellulose and cotton blends, true comfort stems from how the fabric is treated. Traditional methods often rely on harsh chemicals that can weaken delicate fibers.
By utilizing Fibre52®’s kinder processing conditions, the natural structure of these blends is protected. That means retaining inherent strength and undeniable softness.
All of this comes to life as we're excited to announce that Hallmark MicroBamboo Cotton fabrics are now made with Fibre52®'s revolutionary pretreatment system.
Infant and kids' wear demands the very best for softness on delicate skin, while also being breathable for active toddlers.
A fabric that kids will enjoy, processed with less chemistry and at reduced temperatures, appeals to parents mindful of environmental impact.

Why damage what nature got right?
Graham Stewart talks about one of the fundamental concepts that makes the Fibre52® pretreatment process different.
By offering mills the ability to retain cotton's wax layer in a neutral pH system, we show clean and bleached fabrics are possible without using harsh chemistries and process conditions.

Heat can be the enemy of fiber strength, and it can also be a strain on your bottom line. By lowering your scouring and bleaching temperature to 50°C, you aren't just saving energy, but you’re also protecting the natural integrity of the cotton.
With Fibre52®, we’re making "Boiler Free" a reality, and this process curve shows how. Cleaning and bleaching the fabric, a wash, and peroxide neutralization - all with the ability to happen at just 50°C before going to dyeing. It leads to the following benefits:
• Lower Energy Demand: Cut down on utility costs
• Less Steam Dependence: Optimize your mill’s operations
• Reduced Cotton Damage: Maintain fiber integrity for a higher quality end product
Want to see if this curve can work for some of your cotton programs? Let us know.

What a great opportunity for Fibre52® R&D Manager Navami Prabhu to attend Advanced Textiles Association's Women in Textiles Summit recently in North Carolina 📋💡✍️
It was an incredible opportunity to connect with talented leaders in the industry. Navami shared insights into how Fibre52®’s process is redefining the boundaries of natural fibers.
While cotton is often viewed through a traditional lens, in conversations at the conference, Navami highlighted how our flexible scouring and bleaching process creates high-performance results that can include:
• Delayed Wettability: Natural wax preservation brings opportunities for tunable hydrophobic properties.
• Increased Strength: Durability is important to compare against standard cotton processing.
• Versatile Applications: Opening doors for cotton in the world of advanced and technical textiles.
Navami shared this perspective, “I’m thankful for this opportunity, and I’m inspired and ready to push the limits of what cotton can achieve in the technical sector with Fibre52® and Innovo Fiber. A huge thank you to the Advanced Textiles Association for hosting such a wonderful event!”
