WOW!!! I am utterly shocked and honored to be included on this list, which includes several of my favorite songwriters. And this makes me think I should make my own list of the scores of songwriters who formed me and my thinking.

2 years ago, I released my first and only solo album. It’s one of my favorite accomplishments of my life. Songs about midlife depression, loneliness, relationship struggles and the complexity of midlife feel more true with every passing day. It’s a tough time in life, so call a friend and don’t give up.

I have finally moved to Bogota, Colombia!

After 40+ years in Houston, it’s time for a change, and I’ve been dreaming of moving to Latin America for years.

Colombia is a beautiful country with amazing people, and I look forward to getting to know new people and places.
