Next week, we'll be at EANGUS 2026 in Daytona Beach! Mission readiness is an ongoing process. Mission knowledge changes, procedures evolve, and lessons learned shape future operations. A Mission Readiness System brings those pieces together to help warfighters strengthen readiness over time.
👉 Stop by Booth #77 to learn how EMPACT® is helping make that possible.
See you there.
In case you missed it…we've launched a new website!
As mission requirements continue to evolve, so has our perspective on how Warfighters build and sustain readiness. Our new website reflects that vision and introduces how we're thinking about EMPACT® as a Mission Readiness System.

This recap from by Team Orlando News really resonated with our team at HTX Labs.

Air Force leaders outlined a clear vision for the future of military training: open architectures, commercial technologies, and c***ected enterprise services because, as Rodney Stevens (program executive officer for the Training Directorate at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)) put it, "Training is readiness." It's a compelling look at where the Air Force is headed and how it plans to modernize readiness at scale.
That vision closely aligns with why HTX Labs evolved EMPACT beyond a Training System into a Mission Readiness System. The article highlights the importance of reducing duplication through centralized model repositories and shared enterprise services, a challenge EMPACT addresses. By c***ecting mission knowledge, training, ex*****on, performance, and readiness data into a continuous readiness ecosystem, organizations can standardize content, eliminate redundant efforts, and continuously improve readiness.
Mark Stankiewicz, Chief Modeling and Simulation Officer (CMSO) and Director of Enterprise Modeling and Simulation within Studies and Analysis (SAF/SA), stated that "By building shared services like common model repositories and compute environments, we can reduce redundancy and improve access at scale. This is about creating a true ecosystem where data, tools and infrastructure are discoverable and reusable across the Air Force and our joint partners."
And as Stevens emphasized, "Everything we do is focused on preparing Airmen for the mission." That's the purpose of EMPACT as a Mission Readiness System, preparing Warfighters before the mission and supporting them throughout mission ex*****on.
