Despite the historic Houston ❄ , single-family home sales sored for the 9th consecutive month.
We continue to be DEEP in a sellers market as single-family homes registered a record low 1.6 months of supply. That is ⬇ than the national average of 1.9 months.
The Days on Market (DOM) for single family homes dropped from 68 to 48.
