I get a lot of ppl asking how to fried rice all these years later:

Use day old rice. Break it up with your fingers no clumps.

Oil and eggs in in a hot pan scramble it up. Throw the rice in and mix. Add whatever meat, onions, veggies etc. Salt and pepper.

So easy if you messing up then you probably using too little oil 🤯
