Some wise guy put sheetrock on the outside of this house. Which made it fail from the humidity and moisture in the air here in Texas. literally sheetrock fell from this and could have hurt someone. Really a foolish thing to do imho. We replaced it with hardie board and a fresh coat of paint. Looks great.

Gave this house a face lift. The Sun will destroy the paint or clear coat on stained wood. Painted all the white and put a coat of polyurethane on the wood. Still working on the 2nd-3rd coat… if anyone is interested please send me a message or call me. Ty and god bless…
